Distribution, with the labels left on.
300+ live placements, FOX, ABC and NBC affiliate networks, NewsBreak.com, recognized media placements — all real, all mapped in the table below. But first, the part other services bury: what each tier of “distribution” actually means, in plain English.
SYNDICATION ≠ PLACEMENT ≠ EARNED MEDIA · WE LABEL EVERY RUNG
Four rungs. Know which one you're buying.
Every service in this industry sells “distribution.” The word covers four very different things. Here they are, in ascending order of value — and of the honesty required to sell them.
Syndication
Your release, republished across a network of 250–300+ online news and media sites, every one a live URL. Good for: being findable, quotable and citable — a permanent public record. Not good for: strangers stampeding to read it. Every package includes it; only the dishonest ones stop describing it there.
EVERY PACKAGEAffiliate network placement
The release runs on the websites of local FOX, ABC and NBC affiliate stations, plus NewsBreak.com — names your customers already recognize, each with a URL to prove it. Still distribution, not coverage: the difference is the masthead above your headline.
PROFESSIONAL +Recognized media placement
One placement secured individually on a recognized media website — a premium masthead on Premium Media. This is why those editions take about 14 days, and why the guarantee is in writing: if the placement doesn't land, that portion of your fee comes back.
FEATURED MEDIA +Earned media
A journalist reads your story and decides to write their own. No service can guarantee this — whatever the sales page implies — and any that does is selling rung one at rung four prices. What we sell is the raw material it starts from: a release written like news, placed where news runs.

Distribution ends with a document, not a shrug.
When distribution wraps, your complete placement report arrives: every placement, every live URL, verified before it's sent. No “potential audience,” no “estimated impressions” — just links that resolve.
Every edition includes it — syndication editions within days of your approval, and Featured Media and Premium Media once their individually secured media placement lands (about 14 days). The report is clean enough for an agency to forward straight to a client.

About that “75 million readers” you keep being promised.
The industry's favorite number is technically true and practically meaningless. Here's the arithmetic — and what we put in writing instead.
How the number is made
“Reach 75 million readers” means the combined monthly traffic of every site in a network — not one of whom necessarily saw your release. It's counting everyone who owns a mailbox as a reader of your letter. Impressive on an invoice; useless everywhere else.
What we report instead
Named placements and live URLs, verified before sending. If a number can't be checked by clicking it, it doesn't go in a Launch Headlines report. That's the whole methodology, and we'd put it on the front page.
Backed by refunds
If your release can't clear editorial review, you get a full refund. If the recognized or premium media placement in Featured Media or Premium Media doesn't land, that portion is refunded. Both are in writing — because honesty you can't invoice against is just marketing.
Distribution, on the record.
Recognized and premium media placements are effectively permanent — those outlets archive, they don't delete. Most syndicated network placements stay live indefinitely too, though a minority of publications prune older wire content after a year or so. Every link in your report is verified live at delivery.
Every release carries up to three in-content links with anchors you choose — Featured Media and Premium Media add a standing company bio link — plus structured metadata so search engines and AI systems can parse it cleanly. Link attributes ultimately belong to each publication — most pass equity, some apply their own policies — and the live-link report lets you inspect every one. We don't promise rankings — nobody honestly can.
Yes. Tell the desk your category and geography in the brief and we weight the mix accordingly: trade and industry publications for vertical stories, and FOX, ABC and NBC affiliate sites for regional plays on Professional Distribution and Premium Media. The recognized media placement on Featured Media is matched to your industry, not pulled from a hat.
When someone will go looking: funding rounds, acquisitions, launches investors or enterprise buyers will diligence later. A recognized masthead gives that search something real to find. For a routine product update or hire, Essential Distribution or Professional Distribution usually does the job — and if we think you're over-buying, we'll say so before you pay.
